Oaxaca is a beautiful state of 2 million people located Southeast of Mexico City.   It is estimated that almost half of the Oaxacan population has left the state seeking food for their families in the north.  Why is it that each year many people, both men and women leave Oaxaca and travel to the United States many to North Carolina?
